Portable Check-In Lite is a feature rich mobile assistant for service advisors which does not require integration with dealer management systems. In a user friendly interface it guides service advisor throughout the vehicle reception process and allows him or her to take photos of damages and document overall vehicle condition. Furthermore it supports multiple reception scenarios, up-selling via local special offers and automatic creation of summarizing acceptance protocol that can be send via e-mail or printed. It also contains an instructive video tutorial that activates automatically at the first launch of application but can also be re-initiated manually anytime later.

Portable Check-In Lite เป็นคุณสมบัติผู้ช่วยมือถือที่หลากหลายสำหรับที่ปรึกษาด้านบริการซึ่งไม่จำเป็นต้องรวมเข้ากับระบบการจัดการตัวแทนจำหน่าย ในอินเทอร์เฟซที่ใช้งานง่ายผู้ใช้จะแนะนำที่ปรึกษาบริการตลอดกระบวนการรับยานพาหนะและอนุญาตให้เขาหรือเธอถ่ายภาพความเสียหายและเอกสารสภาพรถโดยรวม นอกจากนี้ยังรองรับสถานการณ์การรับสัญญาณหลายแบบการขายผ่านข้อเสนอพิเศษในท้องถิ่นและการสร้างโปรโตคอลสรุปการยอมรับอัตโนมัติที่สามารถส่งผ่านอีเมลหรือพิมพ์ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีวิดีโอแนะนำที่เปิดใช้งานโดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อเปิดตัวแอปพลิเคชันครั้งแรก แต่ยังสามารถเริ่มต้นใหม่ได้ด้วยตนเองได้ทุกเมื่อในภายหลัง
